Experience a nourishing practice of meditation, slow flow yoga and restorative poses supported by props so you can release deeply held patterns and allow your body and mind to “rest and digest”. Latest neuroscience research shows that creating space to pause for at least 20 minutes a day elicits the relaxation response to help reduce everyday stress and overwhelm.
